Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return Window

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be in the same condition you received them. Clothing should be clean and unworn.
• Include all accessories and tags that came with the item.
• Non-returnable: personalized items, items marked "final sale", or items that have been worn outdoors.

Return Process

1. Email contact@dragonbredkennels.com with your order ID and reason.
2. We'll provide an RMA and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack securely and ship within 7 days of RMA approval. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective clothing items.

Refunds & Disputes

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. If your item arrived damaged or not as described, contact us first—we'll make it right. We prefer to resolve issues directly through our support team.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If an order has already shipped, please initiate a return instead.

Exchanges

If a replacement item is available in the correct size, we can offer an exchange. Otherwise, we'll issue a refund.
